Positron Ventures Incorporated!

As of Februari 24th, Positron Ventures is incorporated. Two legal entities have been created:

• Positron Ventures Coöperatief U.A.
  This is the entity – formally a cooperation under Dutch law – that will hold our investments and thus comprises the actual fund.

• Positron Ventures B.V.
  This is a limited liability company that manages our investments. Positron Ventures B.V. in its turn is managed (and owned) by Gijs and Joseph on a 50%/50% basis.

Several more legal entities will be required to properly serve all interests. But the incorporation of the Coop and the management BV is a huge step, which we duly celebrated!
